Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition if that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police fortnightly i.e., on 1st day and 15th day of every Month at 10.30 am. till filing of charge sheet. imposed by this Hon'ble Court on 15.09.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.9034 of 2021 in Crl.O.P. No.17498 of 2020.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.PONNIVALAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.17498 of 2020 dated 19.11.2020.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation and the Investigation Officer has completed the investigation and filed a final report.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
