The matter was listed for hearing today under the caption for being mentioned on the ground that in the last portion at Paragraph No.3 of the order it is recorded as if the lands are categorized as Panjami lands and there are pending litigations before the Court and whereas, no such observations have been made in the on-line rejection order.

Paragraph 3 of the order shall read as follows:- The case of the petitioner is that she purchased the subject property through a registered sale deed dated 14.11.2018. Originally, the patta stood in the name of the vendor of the petitioner. The petitioner submitted an application seeking for 2/5

issuance of patta in her name. The same was rejected by the Tahsildar through an OnLine order dated 04.10.2022, without assigning any reasons.
