ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to register the based on the petitioner's complaint dated 03.03.2015 and investigate the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.77/2015 before the respondent.

4. In the complaint, it is stated that the petitioner's company manager was assaulted by the opposite party. No wound certificate has been enclosed. If the petitioner submits a copy of the complaint dated 03.03.2015 to the respondent-Police in person, together with the wound certificate and on such complaint https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh & Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
