Alleging that the order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.33953, 33951 and 33952 of 2015 dated 01.12.2015 has not been complied with, the present contempt petitions have 2/3

been filed.

2.Today, a status report has been filed by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Neelangarai Range, Chennai, stating that the vacant possession of the premises involved in Contempt Petition Nos.1357 and 1359 of 2019 has been handed over to the auction purchaser/second respondent and the vacant possession of the premises involved in Contempt Petition No.1358 of 2019 has been handed over to the first respondent.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the contemnor submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. He would further submit that insofar as Contempt Petition No.1357 of 2016 is concerned, though the premises is vacated, the materials available will be removed within a period of two weeks.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission, these contempt petitions stand closed.
