Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Declaration, declaring the appointment of the third respondent for the post of Noon Meal Organizer at Panchayat Union Elementary School, Peramandappatti, Morappur Panchayat Union, Dharmapuri District by the second respondent as null and void and consequently direct the second respondent to appoint the petitioner as Noon Meal Organizer at Panchayat Union Elementary School, Peramandappatti, Morappur Panchayat Union, Dharmapuri District based on the interview dated 18.07.2017.
