Respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed, under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to sponsor the petitioner's name to the 1st respondent in priority class to the post of Assistant Agricultural Officer and directing the 1st respondent to call the petitioner for interview and consider the petitioner for appointment to the post of Assistant Agricultural Officer following 1st respondent notification dated 19.10.2010. ORDER

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and has made the following endorsement.
