O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed in the year 2015 and the same has been admitted on 07.09.2015. Thereafter, the matter was listed for two occasions (i.e. 10.08.2021 & 24.08.2021), and during those two occasions, there was no representation on behalf of the revision petitioners.

2. Even today (i.e. 13.09.2021), when the matter is taken up, only the learned Government Counsel for second respondent is present and there is no representation for the revision petitioners. Thus, taking into consideration that the Civil Revision Petition is pending for the past six years, and in the absence of any interest shown by the revision petitioners, to prosecute the case, no useful purpose would be achieved in listing the matter again and again. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
