When the Civil Revision Petition was taken up for first hearing, i.e. 05.10.2015, notice of motion was ordered returnable by 30.11.2015. 1/4

Thereafter, the matter was listed for five occasions, and for two occasions, i.e. on 03.09.2015 & 28.09.2015, there was no representation on behalf of the revision petitioner. Further, it is seen from the today's cause list that, the sole respondent is mentioned as 'Died', but so far, no steps were taken by the revision petitioner to implead the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up today, (i.e. 29.09.2021), none appeared for the revision petitioner. Thus, it appears that the revision petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
