proceedings issued by the fourth respondent in Ref.No.51001003150001302 / CP / 454886 / CCR-105574 dated 29.10.2021 and the subsequent impugned proceedings in Ref.No.51001003150001302/ CP/468303/CCR.107190 dated 21.01.2022 and to quash the same.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition for the same cause of action with proper grounds and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
