This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the FIR on the complaint dated 11.06.2020 which was given by the petitioner to the Town Police Station, Bodi, Theni District and it was transferred to the Respondent as per the information of Town Police Station, Bodi, Theni District.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the Petitioner on 11.06.2020, preliminary enquiry has been conducted and the case has been closed.
3. In view of the above, the Respondent is directed to serve the copy of the closure report on the Petitioner within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. With the above direction this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with the liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Court, concerned, and seek remedy in accordance with law.
