C.M.P.No.5301 of 2024 has been filed to bring on record the proposed parties/ petitioners 1 to 4 as the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant.

2. C.M.P.No.5293 of 2024 has been filed to condone the delay of 566 days on filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant.

3. C.M.P.No.5298 of 2024 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. Considering the averments made in these affidavits filed in support of these petitions and being satisfied with the same, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered as prayed for.

6.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments to the cause title and list the Second Appeal on 26.03.2024.
