(The case has been heard through video conferencing) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent/CMDA.

2. When this Court passed the order on 16.09.2019 in the writ petition seeking mandamus, by inadvertence has mentioned that the petitioner has dropped the idea of converting the site into the layout instead of saying he dropped the idea of constructing multi-storey building. Hence the error crept inadvertently is amended and paragraph 4 is entirely substituted and shall be read as below:

"4.The plea of the petitioners is that the security deposit along with the infrastructure and amenities charges paid to the second respondent, in view of the application sought for multi-storey building, is sought to be refunded, in view of the decision taken by the petitioners that they have dropped the idea of construction of multi storey building and had made application for lay out approval."
