Arb.Appln.No.111 and 112 of 2024 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Advocate Commissioner has filed a report stating that warrant issued by this Court has been duly executed by him and initial remuneration has been paid to him by the applicant.

He further submitted that additional remuneration may be ordered to be paid to him, by considering the work done by him in executing the warrant.

2. Considering the sincere efforts taken by the learned Advocate Commissioner in handing over the schedule mentioned assets and equipments to the applicant, this Court directs the applicant to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the learned Advocate Commissioner towards additional remuneration within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, these applications stand closed.
