O.P.No. 832 of 2012 has been filed seeking letters of administration with the Will annexed for the Will date 02.02.2000 said to have been executed by the deceased Balammal.

2. While the petitioners in the main original petition are grand children, the first respondent is the daughter-in-law and the respondents 2 and 3 are the grand daughters. The first respondent is also the mother of the petitioners and respondents 2 and 3.

3. A.No. 2839 of 2019 has been filed seeking to record the death of the first respondent. It is stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application that the first respondent died on 03.11.2017, leaving the petitioners and respondents 2 and 3 as legal representatives. This application is ordered. The petitioners as well as the respondents 2 and 3 are recorded as legal representatives of the deceased first respondent.
