The relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition is to call for the records of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.A2/1962/2020 dated 05.01.2021 signed on 05.02.2021 quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous and nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. He also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

3. In view of the above submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
