O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the respondent has paid the entire amount along with interest at 9%. According to the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ counsel, as per statute the petitioner is entitled to

compound interest in case of delay in making payment. 2.

Since the amount was paid with interest at 9%, I do not find any reason to keep the Contempt Petition pending on the ground that the compound interest was not paid to the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file appropriate application to review the order taking into account the provisions of the Act. No liberty is necessary to file such application.

In view of the compliance of the order, the Contempt Petition is closed.
