Today, when this criminal original petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submitted in unison that the complaint filed by the respondent/complainant against the petitioners/Accused 1 & 2 in S.T.C.No.603 of 2020 before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Pappireddipatty, Dharmapuri District had been withdrawn on 08.04.2022. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.
