For Petitioner : No appearance For Respondent : not ready in notice COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions are filed to set aside the fair and decretal order dated 18.01.2010 made in IA.No.1142 of 2009 in SOS.No.378 of 1993 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Cuddalore and allow the interlocutory application No.1142 of 2009; and to set aside the fair and decretal order dated 18.01.2010 made in IA.No.475 of 2009 in SOS.No.380 of 1993 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Cuddalore and allow the interlocutory application No.475 of 2009.

The present civil revision petitions were listed for admission on 23.04.2018. At the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned to 05.06.2018, and on that date, this Court also directed the trial court to proceed with the case in accordance with law without awaiting orders in the present civil revision petitions. Again, when the matter was listed on 05.06.2018, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it was adjourned to 12.06.2018. Thereafter when the matter was listed on 2/4

three occasions, the learned counsel for the petitioner took adjournment and these civil revision petitions are pending without even admission or ordering notice to the respondents. It shows that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the civil revision petitions. Therefore, this court is not inclined to entertain the civil revision petitions.

Accordingly, these civil revision petitions are dismissed for default. No order as to costs.
