COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed by the petitioners seeking consideration of the applications for trade licence. 2.In one case, the petitioner has not renewed the licence and in other case, the shop is being run without licence. Thus, in both the cases, the shops have been closed. It appears that now the petitioners have made applications along with the requisite payment of property tax of Rs.1 lakh each. 3.In such view of the matter, there is no difficulty in directing respondents 2 and 3, as the case may be, to process the applications of the petitioners said to have been filed and take appropriate follow-up action within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, it is directed. It is needless to state that the respondents would consider the consequential relief of de-sealing the shops while processing the applications.

4.With the above direction, these writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
