ORDER

When the criminal revision case is taken up for hearing on 16.09.2018, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even though the revision is pending from the year 2013, today, the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal", even today also there is no representation for the petitioner and hence this Court has no other option except to dismiss the same for non prosecution.
