The above application is filed to bring on record the proposed Petitioners 2 and 3 herein who are the legal representatives of the deceased sole petitioner/appellant as petitioners/appellants 2 and 3 in the above CMP No.17470/2018 in A.S.SR.No.1698/2018. CMP No.5734 of 2020:

The above application is filed to set aside the abatement caused due tot he death of the sole Appellant in the above CMP No.17470/2018 in A.S.SR.No.1698/2018.

CMP No.5971 of 2020:

The above application is filed to bring on record the proposed Respondent No.4, herein who are the legal representatives of the deceased sole Appellant/Sole Petitioner as Respondent No.4 in the above CMP No.17470/2018 in A.S.SR.No.1698/2018.

CMP No.5975 of 2020:

The above application is filed to set aside the abatement cause due to the death of the Sole Appellant in thea bove CMP No. 17470/2018 in A.S.SR.No.1698/2018.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 have no objection to these applications being allowed.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the applications and accordingly, these applications are ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the matter on 20.10.2021.
