(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 18.12.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 397 of I.P.C., in Crime No.5224 of 2020, seeks bail.

2. However, today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are habitual offenders. The 1st petitioner/A1 is having nine previous cases and 2nd petitioner/A2 is having five previous cases similar in nature. 3. Taking into consideration of the seriousness of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
