ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to file the Final Report in Crime No.3 of 2019 on the file of the respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the 2nd respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 15.02.2019 no final report is filed till date.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the 2nd respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of eight weeks.

5.In view of the above, the 2nd respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
