O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed directing the first respondent to initiate proceedings for abatement of nuisance caused by the respondents 3 and 4 by considering petitioner's petition dated 17.10.2023 on the file of the first respondent.

2. Heard learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without delving into the merits of the case, the second respondent is hereby directed to conduct an enquiry on the petition filed by the petitioner dated 17.10.2023, after issuing notice to the counter parties, if any, and dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
