The applicant herein is praying for dispensing with the convening, holding and conducting of the meeting of the equity shareholders of the applicant/transferee company.

2. It is seen that the application is filed by the Transferee Company and the consent affidavit of the shareholders numbering 8 is also filed before this court. The Chartered Accountant has issued a certificate stating that there are no secured creditors as on 30.09.2015.

3.Taking note of the same, this Court dispenses with the convening, holding and conducting of the meeting of the equity shareholders of the applicant company. The company petition shall be presented on or before 20.04.2016.
