Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Criminal Appeal No.490/2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed against Petitioner/Appellant/Accused No.1 namely Sabari @ Sabarinathan @ sabarivasan by an order dated 20.06.2018 in S.C.No. 55 of 2015 on the file of court of Session (Fast Track Mahila) Judge, Namakkal, and release the appellant on bail pass such further or other orders.[CRL.MP.NO.10932 OF 2018] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl. Appeal No.490/2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of MR.JAUAPRAKASH FOR M/S.L.RAMU Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS. V.

SARADHADEVI Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petitions has been filed seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 20.06.2018 in Spl.C.C.No.55 of 2015 on the file of the Court of Sessions (Fast Track Mahila) Judge, Namakkal, and to enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above criminal appeal.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the substantive sentence of imprisonment alone is suspended and the petitioner is released on bail on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a like sum to the satisfaction of the Court of Sessions (Fast Track Mahila) Judge, Namakkal. Further, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
