O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to furnish the calculation sheets and pay the petitioner the interest amount @ 12% per month from the date of accrual till the date of payment of various arrears and in addition pay compensation for consequential damages amounting to a modest Rs.5 lakhs for the mental pain, ill-health, sufferings and torture and loss of opportunity cost caused willfully by the respondents institute during the past 23 years. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
