PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to issue a No objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA i.e., cross relaxation massage in the name and style of "Lapis Revive SPA" at Navaratna Delight Hotel, Door No.254, T.V.Samy Road East, R.S.Puram, Coimbatore - 641 002, by passing orders on the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2023. The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to issue a No objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA i.e., cross relaxation massage in the name and style of "Lapis Revive SPA" at Navaratna Delight Hotel, Door No.254, T.V.Samy Road East, R.S.Puram, Coimbatore - 641 002, by passing orders on the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2023.
2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2023 to run a SPA i.e., cross relaxation massage in the name and style of "Lapis Revive SPA" at Navaratna Delight Hotel, Door No.254, T.V.Samy Road East, R.S.Puram, Coimbatore - 641 002 was considered and rejected on 22.02.2023.
3. In the light of the submission of learned Government Advocat (Criminal side), this Writ Petition is dismissed, giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
