The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.02.2022 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2.It is the case of the Petitioner that the Respondent is taking steps to detain her husband under Act 14, 1982 and therefore, she had sent a representation to the Respondent on 23.02.2022 not to detain her husband. However, the said representation has not been considered, thereby present Petition has been filed.

3.Heard the parties and perused the materials on record. 4.In view of the above said circumstances, the Respondent/District collector is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation given by the Petitioner dated 23.02.2022, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Court is not expressed any opinion with regard to the merit of the case.
