'Dinakaran' on 20.10.2010 and connected tender schedules, and to quash the same and consequently to direct the Respondents to renovate the toilets already constructed in the Koyambedu Wholesale Market Complex, out of their own funds/ arrangements and to let the same for operation and maintenance under one year contract basis by following the earlier practice. ORDER
This Writ Petition is of the year 2011. On an earlier occasion, when the matter was taken up for consideration by this Court on 1511.2018, there was no representation for the Petitioner and hence, the matter was ordered to be listed today, i.e. on 16.11.2018 under the caption "for dismissal".

2. Even today, i.e. 16.11.2018, when the matter is taken up for consideration, neither the Petitioner is present nor there is any representation on behalf of the Petitioner. Earlier also, there were several adjournments given at the request of the learned counsel for the Petitioner. Further, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the Respondents that nothing survives in this Writ Petition for adjudication. Hence, this Court is of the view that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed, for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected MPs are closed.
