This petition has been filed to register the First Information Report as directed by the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, in Crl.M.P.No.59302 of 2024, dated 29.10.2024.

2. On a perusal of the records, it reveals that initially, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the respondent and the same has not elicited any action as against the accused. Therefore, the petitioner was constrained to file a petition in Crl.M.P.No.59302 of 2024 under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. before the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai. Thereafter, the Trial Court directed the respondent to investigate and report. However, the respondent did not register any First Information Report so far.

3. In view of the above, the respondent is directed to register the First Information Report as directed by the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, in Crl.M.P.No.59302 of 2024, dated 29.10.2024 and proceed with the investigation forthwith.
