This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking direction upon the 3rd respondent to transfer the investigation in FIR in Crime No.1247/2012 dated 25.10.2012 pending before the 1st respondent to the 4th respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in respect of Crime No.1247 of 2012, the case was closed as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

"un-deducted" and RCS Notice was served on the petitioner on 10.05.2013 before the learned Judicial magistrate No.II, Chengalpet and the same is closed.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to file a protest application before the concerned Judicial Magistrate and agitate the same in the manner known to law.
