Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court in the order (c) the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders dated 25.01.2022 made in Crl.O.P.No.1540 of 2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.BALAJI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl. O.P. No.1540 of 2022, dated 25.01.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
