O R D E R
This Civil Revision is filed seeking a direction for early disposal of F.C.O.P.No.332 of 2020 on the Family Court, Tiruvannamalai. 2.Considering the limited relief sought for, notice to the respondent is deemed unnecessary.
3. The petitioner/husband has filed F.C.O.P.No.332 of 2020 1/4
seeking divorce against the respondent / wife. It is submitted that the said petition is filed in the year 2020, however, so far the respondent did not chose to file counter and the matter is being adjourned from time to time for filing counter.
4. Taking into account the fact that the O.P is almost three years old, the Family Court, Tiruvannamalai, is directed to fix a date for filing counter finally in F.C.O.P.No.332 of 2020 and after filing counter, dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
