Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to survey the petitioner's land to an extent of 0.96.89 Ares comprised in Patta No.2404 in Survey No.359/3B, 3A1A1 at Irur Village, Alathur Taluk, Perambalur District, by considering the petitioner's representation letter dated 03.02.2021 and direct the 3rd respondent to render production to survey my land.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to survey the petitioner's land to an extent of 0.96.89 Ares comprised in Patta No.2404 in Survey No.359/3B, 3A1A1 at Irur Village, Alathur Taluk, Perambalur District, by considering the petitioner's representation letter dated 03.02.2021 and direct the 3rd respondent to render production to survey my land.

2. Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader entered appearance for the respondents and submitted that the petitioner submitted her representation only on 03.02.2021.

3. This Court does not want to give preference to the petitioner's representation who approached the revenue authorities only recently. Therefore, the second respondent Tahsildar is required to fix a date for enquiry some time in the third week of the June 2021 and hold an enquiry by giving notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his action and dispose of the same within a period of 12 weeks from the date of the enquiry.
