This writ petition has been filed to direct the 3rd Respondent police to register the First Information Report against the accused person based on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.07.2023.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that enquiry was conducted in C.No.1645 of 2023 and it was closed on 08.01.2024. 3.In the light of the above development, the relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. It will be left open to the petitioner to workout his remedy under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., before the competent jurisdictional Court.
