This Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order made by the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai - 8, rejecting the modification petition to modify the common order made in unnumbered C.M.P. of 2013 in Crl.M.P.Nos.5603 to 5608 of 2011 dated 10.01.2013. 2.The petitioner S.Mukanchand Bothra died on 17.04.2019. Therefore, his son Gagan Bothra submitted that he may be permitted to step into the shoes of his father. Permission is granted.

3.This Court heard Gagan Bothra on the merits of the case. When this Court expressed its opinion that this Criminal Revision Case deserves to be dismissed and was about to dismiss, Gagan Bothra sought permission of this Court to withdraw this revision case and also made an endorsement to that effect.

Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
