ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents herein to produce the minor grand daughter P.Mithershini, daughter of A.Prabhu (late) aged about 7 years, before this Court and to hand over the minor granddaughter to the petitioner, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that her son Prabhu got married to K.Priyadarshini on 05.07.2012 and the couple were https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
blessed with a girl child - P.Mithershini. It appears that Prabhu died on 20.07.2018 due to cancer.
3. It is alleged by the petitioner that her daughter-in-law K.Priyadarshini has left the custody of her child with her sister and has married to some one else.
4. Today, Ms.K.Jibetha, Constable (Grade I), Tindivanam, All Women Police Station, Tindivanam, is present.
5. On instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the enquiry conducted by the police revealed that Priyadarshini is having the child P.Mithershini and both of them are living with Priyadarshini's mother in No.AF.02, 9th Main Road, Vyalikavar Layout, Nagawara, Near Shree Global School, Bangalore North, Bangalore, Karnataka - 560045 and her mobile number is 9498107393.
