Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner based on complaint dated 15.02.2021 consequently direct the 1st respondent to initiate necessary action against the respondents 4 and 5.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the Respondents not to harass the Petitioner.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.
3. Taking into consideration the fact that the nature of the dispute involved in this case is a money dispute, it is for the parties to redress the same before the appropriate Civil Court and the respondent police will have no role to play in a case of this nature.
4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police not to interfere with the money dispute and it is open for the parties to agitate their rights before the competent civil court. No costs.
