ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents Nos.1 to 3 herein to issue a certified Colour Xerox copy of the Employee I.D.Card of the third respondent, latest salary certificate and the new Family Medical Card forthwith to the petitioners.

2. When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. She has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court record.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
