ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 6.30 p.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29681 of 2024 dated 04.12.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court and the charge sheet is yet to be filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in para no. 8(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29681 of 2024 dated 04.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
