The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for a writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to take appropriate action against the 4th respondent for not implementing the G.O.(2D) No.35 dated 08.07.2014.

2.Even though the petitioner has submitted his representation to the fourth respondent dated 27.12.2014, the fourth respondent has not taken any action to dispose of the same, which prompted the petitioner to move this Court for the above direction. 3.Considering the limited scope of prayer, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.12.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and after conducting enquiry, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
