This petition has been filed to extend the time by two weeks to surrender before the court in pursuance with the order passed in Crl.O.P. No. 32517 of 2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32517 of 2022 dated 02.01.2023. He would further submit that due to ill-health, the petitioners are not able to surrender before the concerned court within fifteen days from the date of order and also they are unable to arrange the surety. Hence, he prayed to extend the time for complying the condition.
3. Heard both sides.
4. Considering the above submissions, this court is inclined to extend the time for the period of two weeks to surrender before the court and execute the sureties before the concerned court from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
