ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the impugned reference No.Na.Ka.J3/0825/2024, dated 24.01.2024 records passed by the 3rd respondent.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that subsequent to the impugned transfer order dated 24.01.2024, the petitioner was again transferred to Thirunavalur Vide order dated 29.02.2024, which is the nearer place to the petitioner's native. Hence, the cause for filing this writ petition becomes infructuous. But to confirm the same there is no representation for the petitioner. 2/4
