O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed against the noncompliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.9234 of 2015 dated 31.03.2015.

2.Compliance report has been filed. From which it is seen that out of 36 applicants, one person died and out of the 35 persons excepting four applicants, others have been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ found eligible for consideration for grant of 'Weivers

Credit Card', which is being processed in terms of para 3 of memo. In respect of four persons, they have found to be not eligible.

3.The learned counsel for the petitoner submits that in respect of those three applicants also they have got documents.

4.If it is so, it is open to the three applicants to approach the petitioner for re-verification. Further, with regard to the no objection or no due certificate, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that immediately the same will be furnished to the respondent bank. On such certificate being furnished, the respondent Bank shall expeditiously take steps to issue the ' Weiver Credit Card'.

With these observations and direction, the Contempt Petiton stands closed. No costs.
