ORDER

This revision petition is filed as against returning of the plaint in CFR No.12 of 2022 in unnumbered suit on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Dharmapuri.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner has submitted that the trial Court keeps on returning the plaint repeatedly more than once.

3. The Court has to scrutinize the averments made in the plaint and proceed with the same while numbering the suit. This Court had laid down elaborate guidelines for numbering the suits and return of plaints in "Selvaraj Vs Koodankulam Nuclear Power Plant India Limited, Rep. through its Project Director" reported in (2021) 5 MLJ 467. Therefore, the Principal Subordinate Judge, Dharmapuri is directed to scrutinize the application in CFR No.12 of 2022 in unnumbered suit and proceed with the suit as per the guidelines enunciated in the decision cited supra.
