This petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the respondents 5 and 6 herein as the legal Representatives of the deceased 3rd respondent Saroja Ammal and to array them as respondents 5 and 6 and to record the 1st respondent herein as the legal representative of the deceased 3rd respondent in the above condone delay petition.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered.

4. The Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in the condone delay petition.
