The name of the first respondent is printed in the cause list. However, there is no representation for him.

The advocate commissioner appointed in this application seized the vehicle and executed the warrant of commission and also filed a report wherein he sought additional remuneration.

3. Considering the fact that the vehicle was seized at Haryana and the report that the advocate commissioner had spent more than four days for repossessing the vehicle, the advocate commissioner shall be paid an additional remuneration of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only).

The advocate commissioner shall stand discharged.

4. The vehicle shall not be alienated until further orders of this Court or of the Arbitrator.
