This petition has been filed to recall the order passed by this Court on 23.11.2018. This Court had passed the said order based on the representation made by the learned Government Advocate to the effect that the order passed dismissing the petitioner has been set aside and therefore, this Court had passed a consequential order for reinstatement of the petitioner.

2. It is seen from the affidavit filed in support of the petition that an inadvertent submission has been made before this Court and in fact as against the order passed setting aside the order of dismissal of the petitioner, the Society has filed Review Petition before the Government and the same is pending. If this had been brought to the notice of this Court, this Court would not have proceeded to pass the orders on 23.11.2018.

3. In view of the above, the order passed by this Court on 23.11.2018 is hereby recalled.

4. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the second respondent has already filed counter in the Writ Petition. Since the pleadings are complete, Registry is directed to post the main Writ Petition alongwith WP.No.31954 of 2018 for final hearing in usual course.
