On the previous occasion i.e., on 24.04.2025, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that this Writ Petition may have become infructuous and therefore he had sought time till 28.04.2025.

2. On 28.04.2025, there is a request for adjournment on behalf of the Petitioner and this case was adjourned today i.e., on 30.04.2025.

3. In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner has merely challenged the Communication dated 27.04.2016 issued by the 3rd Respondent, calling upon the Petitioner to appear for an inquiry in connection with the proceedings initiated under Section 81 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983.

4. It is noticed that the Petitioner has not secured any Interim Order in time. In all, likelihood, this Writ Petition would have become infructuous. 2/4

5. In any event, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. In case inquiry has not be completed, the Respondents are directed to complete the inquiry within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
